This graphic was taken off the Album cover from the Mash Out Posse 's 12 inch "How About Some Hard Core". The clear highlight of this graphic is the knife and the text completes the image. We wanted to give this graphic some integrity so we illustrated it as opposed to just scanning in the image and putting it through photoshop.
I always remember MOP for their track "Ante Up", specifically the remix. This was one of my favorite posse cuts, I remember breaking to this track back in the day. We decided to change the text from "How About Some Hard Core" to "Ante Up". The term Ante Up will also work for those people who are serious about poker, I wonder if there will be some poker heads who show up to their local casino wearimg this shirt.
